These terms apply to taysomplumbing.com, run by Taysom Plumbing Inc. (“Taysom Plumbing”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms.

Taysom Plumbing Inc. sends text messages only to people who agree to them, by ticking a box on our booking form or by agreeing in writing or over the phone. Customer care texts cover appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates and replies to your enquiry. Marketing texts, which you choose separately, cover promotions, seasonal maintenance tips and company news. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service, and you must be 18 or older to sign up.

What the site says about our services and about plumbing is general information, not a quote or advice about your home. We look at the problem first and give you the price before any work starts. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed to it.

A booking request sent through the site is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm a time with you. The work itself is covered by the quote or agreement you accept for that job.

Taysom Plumbing Inc. is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (Lic. #1160914). You can check it on the CSLB website.

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t send false information, spam or harmful code, or try to get into parts of the site you aren’t meant to.

When you send us details, photos or messages about your plumbing, you let us use them to respond and do the work. The site’s text, photos, logo and design belong to us or the people who licensed them to us; please don’t reuse them without permission. Reviews are quoted from the platforms they were posted on.

We link to sites such as Google, Yelp, the CSLB and utility rebate programs. We don’t control them, and details like rebate amounts can change, so check with the program.

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but can’t promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits your rights under California law or under the agreement for any work we do for you.

These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Orange County, California. If we update them, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
