A note from Eric

There’s a reasonmy name is on the truck.

I spent years as an EMT before I ran plumbing crews. Both jobs come down to the same thing: you walk into someone’s worst moment, stay calm, and tell them the truth about what happens next.

I came up in another Orange County plumbing shop, and I started Taysom Plumbing to run it the way I think it should be run. The person who shows up finds out what’s actually wrong, explains it plainly, gives you the price before anything starts, and does the job properly.

I’m not going to scare you about what might fail next year, and I’m not going to push you to replace something with years left in it. If it doesn’t need replacing, I’ll tell you.

We protect the space we work in and clean up behind us, because it’s your home and we’re guests in it. And we stand behind what we do.
