Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to find what they need on our website, book a visit and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

• Pages are built with proper headings, labels and landmarks, so screen readers can move around them.
• Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text is at least 14px and meets color contrast guidelines; images have text descriptions.
• Animations respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
• Pages work on phones, tablets and computers, and when zoomed in.
• We check the site with automated accessibility testing and by hand before changes go live.

A few interactive extras, such as the maps and the 3D plumbing models, may not work fully with every assistive technology. Everything they show is also available as text on the same page, and we’re always happy to help by phone or email.
