What we send

Taysom Plumbing text messages are sent by Taysom Plumbing Inc. to customers and people who ask us for plumbing service. There are two kinds, and you choose each one separately:

  • Customer care: Appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates and replies to your enquiry.
  • Marketing: Promotions, seasonal maintenance tips and company news.

How you opt in

By ticking the matching box on our booking form, or by agreeing in writing or over the phone. The boxes are optional and unticked, and you can book without them. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You must be 18 or older to sign up for texts. The wording you agree to:

  • “I agree to receive customer care text messages from Taysom Plumbing Inc. about my service request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates and replies to my enquiry, at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
  • “I agree to receive marketing text messages from Taysom Plumbing Inc., such as promotions, seasonal maintenance tips and company news, at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

How often, and what it costs

Message frequency varies, depending on your appointments and enquiries. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping texts and getting help

  • To stop: Reply STOP to any message (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). You’ll get one message confirming you’ve opted out, and no more after that. To opt back in, reply START.

Your privacy
